New Business
- Vote on nominations
A review of the voting procedure was discussed. It was decided to continue the roll-call vote for each candidate as has been done in the past. The vote will be recorded in Executive Session notes in order to preserve confidentiality.

- Inductee announcement
For the past several years the inductees were notified and then an announcement was put out on fieldcockers.com discussion list. A link to an article with a photo of each inductee was posted on the front page of the website. The committee would like to be able to celebrate the inductees in a more public way by announcing the inductees after the placements, high point dog, etc… are given at the end of the NCC. This would create a consistent plan for the announcement each year and recognize the achievements of the inductees. It was agreed that this request would be sent to the FTC for their approval.
Old Business
- Website Update
A down payment was paid in the amount of $1250 with the remaining due upon completion of the new website. The pages from our current site have been sent to them to upload on to the new site. The new site should be up and running in 1 to 2 months. It is being built on a platform that a designated HoF committee person/volunteer could update as needed.
