English Cocker Spaniel Field Trial Hall of Fame Committee Meeting

August 11, 2021 – 7:00 pm CST (Conference Call)

In attendance were:  Bethann Wiley, Tawney Crawford , Robin Putnam, Tom Calabrese

New Business

 

  1. Update on nominations

A reminder was put out on Fieldcockers.com about nominations. Bethann will send another one out as well reminding everyone that nominations are due by august 31st.  Currently there is one carry over nomination and a new nomination is in progress.

 

Old Business

 

 

  1. Website

Bethann will send a list of the items that could be taken off the current website to the committee for discussion via email. Once the content of the website has been determined Bethann will get a bid from Haley Gray on the cost of its redevelopment. 

 

The current webpage manager is getting out of the business and the platform she uses is very outdated and can’t be supported by a new person. After initial conversations with Haley she suggested that once we get the new page built we will be able to do our own updates through a web based system.

 

  1. New Committee – Chairperson/Co-Chairs

The committee asked Bethann if she would remain on the committee for the duration of 2021 as a non-voting member and run the meetings since we are in the middle of the web page project and the nomination/voting process. Bethann agreed.
